For the registration of your new LLC (limited liability corporation) it is required that you file your Articles of Organization with the State. If your preference is to structure your business as a Corporation as opposed to an LLC, then you will be filing Articles of Incorporation with the State.

We will file your 1023EZ application with the IRS to make your non-profit organization tax exempt as a 501 (c) 3 corporation. This will allow your organization to become eligible for grants and other privileges.

If your business requires a more advanced format of your Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws, this is offered at an additional fee.

This includes 3 web pages (e.g. Home, About Us, Events, etc.) , with up to 15 images. We offer the most affordable logo services, with quality work that will be worth much more than what you will actually pay for the services. We satisfy all our customers who are always excited to see how we capture their vision for the perfect design to represent their business.

Service includes filing legal formation paperwork for your business, creating a business plan that includes a thorough process of research and development in your specific industry, website building (domain/hosting fees are separate & paid directly to the domain hosting provider), and the creation of your business logo. all these services are valued at $425, and industry wide these services typically amount to over $5,000. This package also comes with a FREE business name ideas!

We offer 1:1 open question advisory session, where our business development coach will advise you on any questions you have on how to start or scale up your business. This advisory session is offered at a rate of $50/hour, and is available for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. PLEASE NOTE: We offer a FREE professional or business development consultation, for free of charge for up to a half hour.  

This package includes a 6-week consultation, along with a written guided plan (in PDF format)  that will help keep you complete all the steps advised by your business development coach, via a 1 hr/week business consultation service where you will receive advisement on  every component of your business you'd like to address. You can split these sessions in (2) half-hour sessions, or (1) one hour session weekly.

This package includes 12 houtrs of virtual assistance services, for 3 months. This may include creating intake forms/applications, creating marketing materials such as forms/brochures, building network databases, research and development, etc. (Requires a $350 down payment, and a $75 bi-weekly pay schedule thereafter)
